a $35 monthly bill credit

With the Household Assistance Program (HAP), we'll give qualifying customers a $35 bill credit every month.

HAP is additional relief for those who already receive benefits from certain non-utility assistance programs. We hope this small gesture will make a difference.

Enrolling is a simple two-step process:

Step 1: Complete the quick online form – it only takes a couple minutes to enroll.

Step 2: After confirmation, mail or email us copies of required documents.

  • Current NYS Benefit ID Card
  • Approval letter from SSI
  • Approval letter from HEAP
  • Pension letter from the Veterans Administration
